It’s your fitness.
A Crossfit Program for
all Fitness levels
If you bring the grit and determination, we’ll provide the structure, equipment, and encouragement.
You don’t need to be in shape before starting CrossFit. This comprehensive health-and-fitness program is designed for universal scalability, adapting loads and intensity to meet the demands of everyone from the elderly to the elite.
NOTE: In order to join regular CrossFit classes, you must first complete three on-ramp sessions with a trainer.
Tapping cardio, strength, and agility, this military-inspired workout burns serious calories and helps build strong bodies from head-to-toe. More than a workout, boot camps offer strong camaraderie, social support, and accountability you won’t find in other fitness classes.
Our Diesel Flow Yoga classes is a Vinyasa style that links physical movements with the movement of the breath. Music and poses that mindfully align with Crossfit WODs will be woven into this practice. Community mats are available or bring your own and any additional props.
Long Road Elite Training
For younger individuals looking to improve fitness on all levels, we offer teen training classes. Our sessions are structured for two age groups.
Varsity Sessions are individual classes designed for ages 13-18. These focus on individual goals, sport-specific needs, and five factors of health: Mindset, Fitness, Nutrition, Sleep and Relationships.
Junior Varsity Sessions are group classes designed for ages 9-13. These focus on Body Awareness, Speed & Agility, Cardio & Respiratory, Core Strength and Fundamental Movements.

Exercising can be a hassle, and at times it may feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day. Whatever the reason, sometimes it’s difficult to find the motivation to work out. Regular sessions with a personal trainer may give you the boost you need and having someone in your corner to push and encourage you.
Your personal trainer will start you out with small goals that will eventually lead to your final goal and show you exactly how to get there. Creating a time table that maps out your goals will show you what to expect along the way and help you be realistic about your progress.
A common misconception is that personal trainers are high energy, in your face, and work you to exhaustion with heavy lifting, which is far from the truth. Be sure to tell your trainer what you’re looking for and together you can develop a plan tailored to you. Then your personal trainer can set realistic goals based on your abilities and make adjustments where necessary.
